Job Description

As a Cosmetic Nurse Clinic Manager, you will be working within a team of highly trained nurses providing consultations and treatments to patients who are considering treatments from the companies wide portfolio whilst focussing on providing the highest level of care possible and achieving the best results.
You will be responsible for staff training and team development to ensure processes are adhered to.
In addition, you will oversee all sales aspects and associated resource management in line with the company policy to enhance revenue.

Job Qualififcations

Registered General Nurse complete with the current NMC registration documentation and pin number.
Must be commercially minded and have a proven track record in sales.
Management or training experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people is also of high importance as is the mind set to be flexible, energetic, a team player and a people person.

The Role
As a Laser Nurse, you will be working with some of the most highly skilled Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons and Registered Nurses in the country. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will provide a full and holistic approach to care and treatment whilst ensuring adherence to company policy, practises and protocols. You will be working within a challenging sales/target driven environment to support the development of the clinic by maximising productivity and achieving financial targets, particularly maximising cross selling and product promotion.

The Person
You must be a qualified Nurse registered with the NMC. You must have experience of working in a demanding time governed environment working unsocial hours including weekends. An exposure to the Beauty/Health sector would be an advantage but is not essential. A successful track record in sales would be advantageous but is not essential. You must have the ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational, relationship building, communication and presentation skills.

How to qualify as applicants?

• Entry of qualified applicants into the Kingdom would depend on the points-based system introduced by its Borders and Immigration System in 2008
• It requires that overseas nationals wanting to enter the UK undergo a managed immigration program with a five-tier system.

Under the Tier 1 permit system – If an applicant is successful, he or she would have the right to immigrate to the Kingdom and have full and free access to the UK employment market.
